Background:

Founded in 1961 by the Balani brothers, Mr. Rewachand and Mr. Vishindas, Revco Enterprises Limited has flourished till date. Initially starting of as a partnership, it was incorporated 10 years following its establishment. The two brothers extended their roles to the founding directors and engaged their family members as shareholders of the company.

Through the years, this company maintained its line of business as an import-export company, chiefly of China made items ranging from electronics to kichenwear to garments. The main target markets were South Africa and South America.

Mr. Vishindas Balani’s passing away in 1999, brought about a new director for the company, Mr. Sunil Nanwani, grandson of Mr. Rewachand Balani. Graduating with a BSC from the London School of Economics, Mr. Sunil had already been under training in the company for a few years and therefore, well-versed with the company’s works and goals.

Present:

Moving ahead with time, Revco Enterprises Limited currently comprises of a head office in Hong Kong and three liason office bases in China, along with various agents in different parts of China. Our source markets have spread to other parts of Asia such as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Bangladesh, where our agents are stationed.

In conjuction with exporting and importing, we now perform various tasks to assist our clients in facilitating their trade:

as agents, taking clients to see various suppliers, and organizing their shipments for them, and

as exporters, by taking part in overseas fairs and showing our ranges to clients for them to buy off our ranges.

Function of our offices:

Hong Kong Head Office
All financing, banking and shipping are carried out from this office, as well as sales for baby garments and accessories. Apart from this we are dealing in general merchandise like gaming multi media , Jackets, slippers, toys & ready stock lots garments.

Shunde
This office predominantly deals in home + office furniture items. The main areas of export of these items are Figi, Congo DRC, Australia and South Africa.

Qingdao
This office predominantly deals in infants bedding and garments. The main area of export of these items are Chile, Kenya, Peru, Spain, South Africa, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany and Malaysia.

Yiwu
This office predominantly deals in sundry items from the famous Yiwu market. We collaborate with our own warehouses for assistance in shipping our goods. The main areas of export of these items are South Africa, Figi, Europe and South America.

A large part of the company’s clientele have been loyal for the past twenty years, thus ensuring the stability of our business throughout the years.

Despite its progress, Revco Enterprises Limited has preserved its conservative side. We are known for our extensive research in any decision making, bypassing any undue risks.
